Product Return and Refund

General

If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you have the right to return it within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt. You can exchange with another size or color, exchange with another product and get a refund. Rêveuses accepts returns when the products are unused, in their original condition, with all manufacturer’s tags and stickers and your proof of purchase. For whichever return method you choose, the steps are below:

For a change

You have to create a new order through the e-shop and mention in the check out comments that it concerns a product change. We will then schedule the pickup of the product to be returned from your location. The necessary check is made that the product complies with the return conditions and the new product is sent to you with normal shipping charges.

For a refund

In the case of a refund, you send us an email with your details so we can schedule a pick-up from your location. Inside the package should be the proof of purchase and a piece of paper with the IBAN, the name of the beneficiary and your bank. After the necessary check is made that the product complies with the return conditions, then the money is deposited within 10 working days from the day we received the product. The refund amount corresponds to the value of the returned products.
